LANCE HOWARD, CLU, CFP

Since 1989, Lance has been
working with families to help them
decide what is important
in their lives so they can make
good decisions with their time and
money. He is the creator of The
Lifestyle Coach Program™ and a
member of The Million Dollar
Round Table.

Lance is a previous recipient of the
Advisor of the Year award for the
Ontario region. The award
recognizes Canada’s most
outstanding financial advisors for
professionalism and dedication in
serving the needs of their clients.
Lance says, “I have two goals for
every client. First, I want to be the
kind of financial advisor whose
integrity and character would
be good enough for my own
mother. And, second, I want to
help each client understand the
lifestyle they desire and create
with them enough wealth so that
they have the resources to live a
life with no regrets- the
lifestyle they have dreamed about.”

Lance's wife Cathy has worked
with him as Branch Manager of
their financial planning practice for
the past 15 years (and they are
still happily married)!
Lance and Cathy are the proud
parents of two girls and one boy.
Lance is an avid golfer with a 2
handicap (subject to change
without notice) and likes to read
an average of 2 books per week.

PATRICK KEYES

Patrick has been helping people
make smart choices with their
money for over 27 years. After
graduating from the University of
Guelph in 1974 with an Honours
degree in Social Sciences, he joined
CIBC. Pat provided his clients with
quality financial advice and
solutions in his capacity as a
Branch Manager in London for 18
years.

Pat’s ultimate goal was to build his
own financial services business
and, in 1999, this dream became a
reality. Pat’s strengths are in his
ability to empathize with the needs
of his clients in order to build a
personalized plan that provides
them long-term financial security.
This wisdom coupled with the
expertise provided by The Lance
Howard Group is the key to Pat’s
success. Pat was a previous
recipient of the Advisor of the Year
award for the region of Ontario.

Pat has been married to his wife;
Mary Lou, since 1975 and London
has, and always will be, their
home. They have two sons and
three beautiful grandchildren.
Pat’s hobbies include golf, hockey,
and curling as well as being active
in his church and community.

CATHY BRADBURY

aspects of the practice. She is a

University of Western Ontario, with
a BA in Sociology. She also has a
Social Service Worker diploma from

taken steps toward a Masters

been postponed as she enjoys the
challenges of raising three
children. Cathy is very active in
fitness, particularly running. Cathy
is a regular participant in The
Weekend to End Breast Cancer
walk.

ANN ROLPH

Ann is the Firm’s part-time (three
days a week) Administrative
Assistant and works closely with
Nancy as they customize and
prepare written financial plans
for clients of The Lance Howard
Group. Ann’s “no-nonsense”
approach when dealing with the
fund companies has made her the
natural choice for the role of client
advocate in the area of mutual
fund problem resolution.

Ann joined the firm in January of
2001 when she decided to take
advantage of the opportunity to
take an early retirement from CIBC,
the company for which she had
worked since 1974. Ann is a
licensed Mutual Fund
representative and has obtained
her CSC and PFP designations.

Ann has been married to her
husband Dennis since 1983 and is
the mother of two teenage
daughters. She is active in
Community Living London and the
Special Olympics. Her part-time
status allows her to volunteer in
the developmental class at
Saunders Secondary School. She
also enjoys reading and golf and is
a loyal fan of her children’s athletic
activities.

2007 as Lance's Senior Planning
